Lifeguard

An Application can be picked up at the Public Library or filled out via email by filling out form below.

 

-If you are applying for a lifeguarding position, your lifeguarding certificate, CPR, and first aid must be up to date. “If you are in the process of taking your recertification class, please note this on your application and turn in your certifications as soon as possible”, otherwise you must attach a copy of all three to this application. Failure to do so, and your application will not be accepted.

(If applying through email make sure to attach a copy of lifeguarding certificate, CPR, and first aid)

Concession Stand Worker

Anyone who would like to apply to the Carlinville Park District can pick up an application at the Public Library, or fill out the information below to have an application emailed to you.
